Eyeliner : Which one to pick : Get those beautiful eyes

The perfect eyeliner

While I was writing my last post I realized that a lot needs to be written on related topics but cannot be incorporated in a single post. So here I am. Back.

Hii again everyone!! Hope you all are doing well. So, lets dive into the topic straightaway.

One of the cosmetic products that greatly changes your look is your eyeliner. They make your eyes look bigger brighter and add a touch that much required drama in your life. They help make that puppy face look real or anger to your already frustrated face. Whatever the feeling, your expression can never be misread with the right liner.
Depending on how long you want your product to stay and what material is easier to apply the eyeliner is basically one or more of the following types. Take a quick look.

Liquid eyeliner

It comes in a bottle with a small sort brush. A liquid eyeliner helps achieve that perfect dramatic cat-eye look with high precision. However,  it takes a little time to master the art as it gets messy if done wrong or if its not given the appropriate time to dry.
Pros: high precision, various eyeliner looks can be achieved, long lasting
Cons: takes time to dry, redoing or erasing becomes messy, has a gradual learning curve

Gel eyeliner

This type of eyeliner comes in a small pot with an applicator brush with it. Any sort of thin angled applicator brush works fine. It texture lies somewhere between that of a liquid and a kohl or pencil eyeliner. It works fine for achieving that cat-eye look.
Pros: easy to apply and style, can be used for the smokey eye look, faster drying
Cons: need to keep brushes clean after few applications, slightly more pressure needs to be put on eyelids while application than liquid eyeliners

Kohl and pencil eyeliners

Pencil eyeliners look like the colour pencils we used in school for art. They are usually not so creamy and a lot of pressure needs to be applied compared to the above. Kohls are more creamier with a roll-up lipstick tube arrangement usually. The perfect thin flick at the corners for the perfect cat-eye look is slightly difficult to achive. But when it comes to tight-lining or colouring on the lash-line, these are very handy.
Pros: easy tight-lining and application on the lash-line, easy to use
Cons: not for use when applying false eyelashes, requires pressing against the eyelid for application

Besides the above, eyeliners may have qualities like being waterproof, smudge-proof, creamy texture, water or oil type, magnetic-lash supporting and many more. There is no one-type-fits-all eyeliner that I can recommend but there definitely are very surprisingly good products available that will help you achieve your desired look. So, keep experimenting and find your one-true-love.
Good luck!! Enjoy !! Take care..
