We no longer live in an era where ladies are bound to the fours walls of the house. They have other crazy responsibilities outside the comfort of their homes that runs the world. Its like having two parallel running worlds that demand equal attention. And of course the burden of dressing up accordingly lies totally upon us. 

Any harsh makeup routines tend to diminish our professional awesomeness. Therefore, we MUST know what to do and what not to do when it comes to doing makeup before stepping out for work. Following tips may help you rejuvenate your work look to a great extent. So have a look. 

False eyelashes 

While big fluffy falsies may amp up your look, they are definitely a NO in work-makeup. They catch too much attention and you'd rather be appreciated for your work instead for your eyes all-the-time.

Smokey-eye eye-shadow look

The smokey-dark eyes look just so sexy yet they are a Don't at office. While its difficult to maintain the perfect look for 8-9 hours at a stretch, they tend to have a drama of their own. So, reserve those lovely smokey eyesfor parties, afterall, you'll need some special look up you sleeves to differentiate your party and work looks.  

Mascara

Never go overboard with heavy and bold mascara. A touch of little black mascara would suffice. Reserve those blue lash mascara for some drama.. wink. 

Lip Shades

A woman can forget who your boss is but she can never forget to put lipstick while doing makeup. It completes the entire look. However, MATTE lipsticks of NATURAL shades look subtle and good. A gloss may be just too much. Use a tinted lip-balm instead.

Foundation and Concealer

Any foundation and concealer shade is OK as long as its blended well and mixes well with our natural complexion. Never put a shade that doesn't match your natural skin color. Well, this tip is kind of applicable to all scenarios not just the workplace. Looking ghost like and looking sexy are just a foundation shade apart !!!

 

Well they list is probably endless. Going overboard with even the simplest products has the potential to ruin your day. So, take your time and let time teach you the best way to look best even though you already are wonderfully awesome.
